At Skinace, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Typically, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone call or SMS with the soonest possible dispatch date.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
- Standard Shipping Charge: Rs 250 on all orders, regardless of package size.
- Delivery Services: We use Swyft, Call Courier, Trax, Blue Ex, and TCS for nationwide delivery.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days for all orders outside of Lahore.
International Shipping
For international deliveries, we use DHL. Please contact us at skinace@yahoo.com to get shipping costs based on your destination.
Please note that your parcel will only be delivered to the specified shipping address and not to any alternative address.
Exchange Policy
Skinace offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us within this timeframe and meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The seal of each product is intact.
- The packaging of the product has not been tampered with.
If these conditions are met, we will be happy to process your exchange.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
